related to industrial property, in particular, those involving trade marks and industrial designs and unfair competition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also advises clients on trade marks and industrial designs in the Industrial and Intellectual Property Offices (OEPM, EUIPO and OMPI) and undertakes their defence at different levels in national and EU courts (General Court and the Court of Justice of the EU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, Marta has extensive experience in advising clients on protection and defence of their industrial property rights in various fields, (judicial, customs offices and inspections), by developing protection strategies, and on negotiating and drawing up agreements in this respect.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-5ddfa1ad
